Java VM Launcher Could not find the main class

Describe the bug
Started from 3.6.2, it is always failed to run and give me the following message: Could not find the main class. Program will exit.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just double-click portable version of x64

Expected behavior
It was running well at 3.6.1

Please make sure that your Java can be run from the terminal by typing java or javaw - select "Add to system path" when installing
