When using 2 maps, second map will not draw if refresh property is set.

I'm using Angular, AngularStrap, and Angular-google-maps. On my main page, I have a google map, that draws and refreshes properly. I pop up a modal, with a location picker, with a second map, if I set the refresh property does not draw. If I don't use the refresh property the second map is not centered properly, and it's only partially refreshed.

Is this a matter of the modal show being asynchronous?
I had the same issue, and when I added a button to the modal which had the ng-click="refresh=1" (differing from the default "refresh=0" I put in) the map reloads fine at that point. So binding the refresh value change to the modal 'on shown' event should do it. I didn't see those events in angularstrap though, and in vanilla bootstrap, you're stuck with jQuery, unless you write your own modal directive.
