This is for anyone who reads the ReadMe of @ngtools/webpack by itself and also to help promote the use of @ngtools/webpack for Angular 2 projects using webpack without the Angular CLI, like the Rangle Angular 2 Starter, AngularClass Angular 2 Webpack Starter, and Angular Universal Starter if they do not intend to integrate with the Angular CLI directly.
