331HEN v0.0.13-331.5 — extracted game discovery fix

Experimental pre-release. Target PS5 firmware 12.70; this updated ELF is NOT tested on PS5 hardware. Keep your known-working payload.

Fixes missing extracted games installed at /data/homebrew/-app, including the owner's Ghost of Yotei layout. Requires a regular installed executable and matching param.json; metadata alone is insufficient. Keeps exact version matching.

Installed-game selection, persistent pre-launch toggles, exact game/version matching, real process-memory execution with readback/rollback, cheat overlap protection and native GitHub collection updates. Bloodborne CUSA00900 / 01.09 definitions are bundled unchanged. Local custom XML survives collection updates; native Reload reads new XML without reboot. An experimental Ghost of Yotei PPSA26344 / 01.008.000 skip definition is bundled OFF by default and is NOT PS5-tested. No separate patch installer is needed.

Limitations: guaranteed patch-before-entry launch timing is absent; mask/cave and sprx operations are unsupported. Memory readback is not proof of FPS or startup effect. See KNOWN-LIMITATIONS.md.

Checks: 444 existing host regression cases, new sanitized core/service mocks, live Linux HTTPS installation and ELF/embedded payload integrity passed. Existing kstuff is byte-identical. No firmware offset or kernel patch changes.

@anhar331 anhar331 released this 11 Oct 15:07

Preserved 331HEN — Payload Manager distribution

Uploads the existing unchanged local known-working Release/331HEN.elf. This is not the Game Patches experimental ELF in v0.0.13-331.1. No payload source changes or relinking were necessary for this distribution fix.

Target: PS5 12.70. The owner reports the existing 331HEN project working; Codex has not performed a hardware test. Original build reports retain their untested-runtime status. This release remains conservatively a pre-release pending hardware confirmation of the exact published checksum; no experimental build is promoted to stable.

ELF SHA-256: 72f00d524636f8c96746d551fb495c1af319048a6af3703ffe5ae19e6abc197d

Matching source: preserved-working-source, commit c52ce44351e7c28915d920a16223fc8e82bea35f. Attached 331HEN-source.tar.gz contains corresponding source; all 4,776 regular files compared byte-for-byte against the preserved source snapshot. GPL-3.0 licensing and original credits retained.

Archived build: PS5 Payload SDK v0.44, Clang 18, Docker; 435 host cases passed, zero failed. Fresh ELF64/x86-64 PIE structure, compressed bootstrapper and original embedded kstuff checks passed. kstuff SHA-256: 82cbb1e70f8a562317d6b65269cf6aa0d7d94e22df4f1ac89a260ca0ec261252.

Previous release and local stable ELF remain untouched. Payload Manager will select this preserved baseline. Future feed updates require explicit approval of an exact hardware-tested ELF hash.

Ghost of Yotei Skip Permission TEST — PPSA26344 / 01.008.000

Choose a tag to compare

Ghost of Yotei existing cutscene-skip permission — EXPERIMENTAL

Target: PPSA26344 / 01.008.000 / eboot.bin. Input plaintext ELF SHA256 db0a7b9d28611bcb918554166d873fdc560b82f6582be70e731a80bbb3d4037e. Known cheat originals match three distinct instruction sites. Title/version are supplied by the owner and matched by the existing HEN parser; there is no independent param.json attestation in the uploaded executable.

Output installer: 331HEN-GhostYotei-SkipPatch-Installer_v1.0-331.1-TEST.elf; 135672 bytes; SHA256 934b704cb284ff070562904499d9b6ec5a3f39fba3ba231862962066612630ff. Compiled using existing 331hen-builder and SDK 0.44. Installer never patches game memory; it installs one XML into the collection selected by /data/331HEN/patches/config/current, or patches/xml if no current selection exists. It does not enable the patch automatically.

Technical evidence: enum-name lookup uses base 0x1bde720. AllowSkippingCutscenes is index 295 (0x127), and the capability cache reader uses actor + 0x3020 + enum index, giving actor + 0x3147. This connects the named trait to the field read by the CMovie and CPolycutManifest skip-eligibility paths and the standalone permission query. User reports NG+ unlocks this behavior; NG+ scripts/save progression were not dynamically traced. The experimental patch overrides the read-side permission in these paths, not save-game or NG+ state.

Eight original sequences verified directly against the supplied plaintext ELF. 22 in-memory replacement bytes, zero new code caves, zero external hooks. CMovie and its adjusted-this eligibility variant keep handle/actor/component and state 3 validation. CPolycutManifest and its adjusted-this variant keep manifest/handle/actor/component validation, state 6 and authored scene policy. Standalone permission getter still rejects unavailable actors/components. No direct FTrySkipCutscene calls, forced-return replacements of entire eligibility functions, speed changes or custom controller combos are introduced. Game-provided skip inputs and normal callbacks remain responsible for skipping.

Validation: 420 Unicorn x86-64 cases compare original permission=true against patched permission=false, covering cached and packed representations, absent actors, invalid handles, unavailable components, absent capability, wrong cinematic state and authored mode restrictions. All pass; 42 eligible combinations change from denied to allowed. These are instruction-level fixture tests, NOT gameplay or save-safety proof. The real existing HEN parser/Engine passes strict ID/version/executable matching, 8 supported lines, address rebasing, memory readback, duplicate application, exact restoration and mismatched-session refusal (ASan/UBSan). Eight host installer scenarios pass (ASan/UBSan), including repeat install, active collection, foreign-file refusals and unsafe paths. SDK compile and static ELF validation pass.

Existing HEN ELFs unchanged: baseline 72f00d524636f8c96746d551fb495c1af319048a6af3703ffe5ae19e6abc197d; current approved HEN 71b022ecdc5d5330c3c059e0cf1759306126efc548414fe56afb26a701c0a748. No kernel/kstuff/firmware-offset changes. No console save edited by installer.

Limitations: NOT PS5-tested. Actual game UI behavior, every scene and story progression remain unverified. Some authored scenes remain unskippable by design. No x2/x4 feature or R1 hotkeys. The current HEN XML format does not enforce executable SHA/expected-original-byte constraints; it uses strict ID/version, so do not use another build, executable mod or overlapping skip trainer. Installer does not enumerate installed game metadata and may install a dormant definition even if the game is absent; HEN must match before applying. Directory hardlink/permission failures fail installation with an error; do not call it applied. Collection updates may change the active directory and omit this local definition; rerun installer after updating, then refresh HEN by reboot. Native selected-list cache requires a fresh HEN session after installation.

Hardware acceptance remains pending. Uploaded game executable stays private/local and is excluded from public source.

331HEN Autoloader Installer v0.6.1-331.1

@anhar331 anhar331 released this 11 Oct 22:26

331HEN Autoloader 0.6.1-331.1

Official latest upstream release checked: v0.6.1, source commit 4351659f2f90dda5393eb8c52500ef2330aeb72a.
Product: 331HEN Autoloader. Linux cloud build using existing 331hen-builder image and PS5 Payload SDK 0.44. Build command: scripts/build-cloud.sh. libmicrohttpd taken from existing SDK homebrew library directory.

Binary: 331HEN-Autoloader-Installer_v0.6.1-331.1.elf; 5702912 bytes; SHA256 0e6e34bdf6dc583db09639689655f1fb88a68fe1d20e4dd950d5bd5c277d5cd0.
Compiled from source; not a renamed upstream ELF. Original compiled baseline preserved under backup/.

Changes: application title, installer/UI/page branding and notification labels; supplied icon artwork prepared through the image tool because the displayed attachment's original Windows file was unavailable to the executor. The prepared PNG is visually reviewed but is NOT asserted byte-identical to the original user file. Master PNG retained in assets/331-webkit-master.png and embedded into assets/icon.svg. Existing icon pipeline generates 512x512 icon0.png and seven ICO sizes. Installer logo uses the same SVG.

Preserved: PLK author attribution, GPL-3.0 license, WKAL00001 app ID, localhost port 18181, deeplink, exploit logic, firmware offsets, ELF loader and unified-autoloader pinned versions. Existing 331HEN project source and ELF files unchanged. Submodules show no source diffs.

Verification: official baseline and branded builds passed; four upstream JS suites passed; native installer helper tests passed for TEST00001 and TEST00002; Poops standalone page 92/92 structural checks passed; Relapse standalone page 92/92 passed; ELF static validator passed (x86-64 ELF64 little endian PIE, 16KiB segments); git diff whitespace check passed. Logs and validator output accompany this report.

Hardware: NO PS5 test performed for this installer. Upstream lists firmware 12.70 with a dedicated offset table. The owner's previous 331HEN/Bloodborne test does not test this newly branded autoloader.

Limitations: exploit reliability requires hardware testing. This installs/updates the existing WebKit Autoloader title WKAL00001, not a second independent app. It stores both exploit pages locally. Poops can operate without an active network interface; Relapse needs a connected local interface, without requiring Internet. Manual autoload.txt overrides Payload Manager fallback. No forced autoload or new HEN/kstuff is embedded by this branding. Existing Payload Manager auto-load settings determine which HEN runs. Do not configure duplicate HENs or a separate extra kstuff.

Distribution: local downloadable artifact only at this stage. No GitHub Release or source JSON changes made in this task.
