Explorer Mate 0.1.0
First release of Explorer Mate: three extra commands for File Explorer on Windows 11.
What it does
- New folder with selection – move the selected items into a new folder.
- Bulk rename – name masks in the style of Total Commander (
[N],[E],[C],[P], character ranges), a counter, search and replace, and a live preview. - Duplicate – copy the selected items next to the originals.
The commands are in the right-click menu of File Explorer, available as keyboard shortcuts through a tray agent (active only in Explorer's file list, configurable from the tray icon), and from any terminal as explorermate (explorermate --help).
Operations go through the Windows shell, so the standard progress window, conflict prompts and Ctrl+Z apply. No network access, no telemetry.
