Overview

This is the distribution page for cHiDeScaler-Neo 0.99.1 for Windows 11 x64.

cHiDeScaler-Neo captures a Windows application window and applies real-time GLSL / ONNX video processing, AI upscaling, and frame interpolation.

    (Aspect ratio correction settings can now be saved in presets)

    (Crop settings can now be saved in presets)

  • Added per-preset saving of capture resolution settings

  • Significantly expanded GPU selection support with Vulkan
    GLSL filters, in addition to ONNX filters, can now run on the selected GPU.

  • Improved and fixed frame interpolation ONNX processing

  • Improved overall stability

📦 Download

Download the standard release ZIP from Assets, extract it, and run cHiDeScaler-Neo.exe from the extracted folder.

The application is portable. Settings, presets, models, shaders, screenshots, and cache files are managed relative to the application folder. To uninstall it, close Neo and delete the extracted folder.

TensorRT

The standard package uses DirectML and works without additional downloads.

TensorRT is an optional backend for compatible NVIDIA RTX GPUs. Users who want TensorRT acceleration must install the separately distributed Neo TensorRT Backend Pack into the same application folder. There is no separate TensorRT edition of Neo.

TensorRT Backend Installation

Download both of the following files:

  • Neo-TensorRT-Backend-Pack-10.14.1-CUDA12-Part1-of-2.zip
  • Neo-TensorRT-Backend-Pack-10.14.1-CUDA12-Part2-of-2.zip

Extract both ZIP archives, then copy all files and folders inside the extracted tensorrt folders into the following folder:

cHiDeScaler-Neo\backends\tensorrt

Make sure to copy the contents of both parts into the same tensorrt folder.

Notes

  • Keep cHiDeScaler-Neo.exe, backends, models, shaders, locales, and presets.json together.
  • Some source applications running with administrator privileges may require Neo to be started with the same privileges.
  • The first use of a TensorRT model and resolution may take time while an optimized engine is created.

通常配布版ZIPを Assetsからダウンロードして展開し、フォルダ内の cHiDeScaler-Neo.exe を実行してください。

本アプリはポータブル仕様です。設定、プリセット、モデル、シェーダー、スクリーンショット、キャッシュはアプリフォルダを基準に管理されます。アンインストールする場合はNeoを終了し、展開したフォルダごと削除してください。

TensorRTについて

通常配布版はDirectMLで動作し、追加ダウンロードは必要ありません。

TensorRTは、対応するNVIDIA RTX GPU向けのオプションバックエンドです。TensorRT高速化を利用する場合のみ、別途配布する Neo TensorRT Backend Pack を同じアプリフォルダへ追加してください。TensorRT専用版Neoを別に使用する方式ではありません。

上記2つをダウンロード。展開されたtensorrtフォルダ内の中身を全てcHiDeScaler-Neo内のtensorrtフォルダにコピーしてください。

注意

  • cHiDeScaler-Neo.exe、backends、models、shaders、locales、presets.jsonは同じフォルダ構成のまま使用してください
  • 管理者権限で動作するソースアプリを拡大する場合は、Neoも同じ権限で起動する必要がある場合があります
  • TensorRTでは、モデルと解像度の組み合わせを初めて使用するときに最適化済みエンジンの作成時間がかかる場合があります
