All Roster processes now serialize the complete read-refresh-write token transaction, preventing background quota refresh, auto-start pings, manual switching, and automatic switching from racing single-use OAuth refresh tokens.
Switching always preserves the latest live session before restoring another account, and aborts safely without touching the current session when the selected account has an invalid refresh token.
