Critical session-safety release

  • Codex is now the exclusive owner of the active refresh token. Background quota checks never rotate the live session.
  • Stops an old bundled tray process during self-update so obsolete token logic cannot survive an upgrade.
  • Separates real sign-in expiry, local snapshot recovery, and transient quota failures.
  • Adds bulk account health, refresh, archive, restore, delete, and guided re-login workflows on macOS and Windows.
  • Loads the saved roster immediately when the dashboard opens.

After updating, quit the old Codex Roster instance before opening v0.2.29. Accounts whose server sessions were already invalidated may require one final sign-in; saved account data and snapshots remain intact.
