Testing-only website-command responsiveness correction. Uses the existing authenticated channel; no Site or Stable change.

• Independently scheduled, single-flight Hunt and item/PF command lanes remove double-deadline waits and unrelated sync blocking. Permission-gated Active Hunt focus selects bounded 1-second command polling; background remains 5 seconds. Existing failure backoff remains enforced.
• Strict request-scoped issuer expiry validation fixes fresh TEST claims/focus leases being rejected when the PC and server clocks differ. Conservative HTTPS Date/monotonic checks fail closed; no TLS bypass or longer claim lifetime.
• Consume-once still completes before map presentation. V1 compatibility, intentional Show/Next identity, replay rejection, Site watermark, and the 0.0.80 Hunt completion fix remain intact.
• Hunt/travel/gameplay collection cadence and privacy consents are unchanged. PF, Beastmaster, Market contribution, Submarines, Dashboard facts, Custom Deliveries and ordinary sync are preserved.

Ten real shared-TEST intentional Show commands: action dispatch to Native map API invocation median 0.769s, worst 1.081s; zero duplicate invocations. Focus-expired resume 1.938s, reacquired focus 1.120s. Owner reported prompt openings/no unexplained repeats for the first eight actions. These are invocation timings, not rendered-pixel measurements or exact browser POST timing. Original historical >30s attribution remains unknown. Next and reconnect/backoff are fixture-validated, not live fault-injection claims.
