• Compact connection/health and pairing windows; General, Hunts, Connection and Advanced Settings; safe support summary.
• Optional, default-Off local Hunt Progress. Resize and position it yourself; your chosen size stays fixed through content changes and reopening. Long rows wrap and scroll. Lock position prevents movement, not resize. Unknown state does not become a zero/completed fact or authorize sharing.
• Eight independent Gillions permission decisions use authenticated presence. Legacy choices preserve historical local Off; fresh explicit Site On/Off is authoritative. Expired or invalid authority fails closed without disabling ordinary sync.
• PF links are independent of item links. Explicit Hunt Show is independent of automatic-map permission. Hunt focus is never consent. Market service availability is not consent.
• FATE observations start automatically only with fresh exact Site policy/source authorization and supported public context. /gillionsfates opens diagnostics; it cannot activate collection. Off stops collection/sends and clears unsent RAM; reauthorization requires fresh observations.
• Provider attribution uses Data Provided by followed by a clickable xivpf.com button. Data provenance and contribution contracts are unchanged.
• Existing Hunts, Submarines, Dashboard/Custom Deliveries, Party Finder, Beastmaster, Market contribution and ordinary sync remain intact. No new gameplay reads/requests/writes, private history or TLS bypass.

Source: c286e5140470fd866cf43f2db92f18aa4d170f4c. The frozen accepted package is published without rebuilding. Maintained verification passed 8,585 enumerated managed assertions plus additional checks. Exact new-package checks and 22 controlled compiled UI states passed. Previously accepted Security/Privacy and Compatibility surfaces are unchanged and inherit acceptance; this is not a claim of a new independent c286 review. Owner confirmed real resize/reopen and prompt mapped-target Show with no unexplained repeats. Live FC submarine validation remains outstanding; no workshop observation was fabricated.

Disable the dev-plugin copy before enabling installed Testing87. Never load both. Preserve configuration and pairing; no reset, re-pairing or new repository URL is required.
