Add Claude Opus 5 (claude-opus-5) released 2026-07-24: base metadata, Anthropic API with effort + fast mode, Amazon Bedrock (global/US/EU/AU/JP), Google Vertex, Azure Foundry, OpenCode, and GitHub Copilot.
Not confirmed supported on OpenCode yet.
Not listed in GitHub Copilot supported models yet.
