opencode command is not being recognized in terminal

Description

So as you can see from the image, it was working for the first command. And after I exited it, it got somehow removed as a command. This happened yesterday too. I had to manually add the opencode.exe in my AppData to PATH in Environment Variables. But now even if its in the PATH, still not working as a command.

I had to add the bin directory that consists opencode.exe to PATH of system variables as well.

Installing opencode version: 1.15.13

For anyone with this error, just try installing it again. Fixed it for me:

npm install -g opencode-ai
