[FEATURE]: Keyboard shortcut to cycle between sessions

Describe the enhancement you want to request

The existing ctrl+x l opens a session list dialog for switching, and session_child_cycle navigates between child/forked sessions — but there's no quick keybind to cycle through top-level sessions without opening a dialog.

Adding ctrl+x → / ctrl+x ← chords (using the leader key system) to step forward/backward through sessions sorted by most recently updated would make session navigation much faster, especially when switching back and forth between 2–3 active sessions.
