`OPENCODE_API_KEY` not well documented

Description

I've been trying to work with opencode and Zen headlessly, in which case you need a non-interactive way to authenticate with the Zen API. This is available via OPENCODE_API_KEY but not well documented.

I already opened a PR for this, but the github actions bot complained there is no issue, so I opened this to link it.
