Remove documentation for the unpublished list tool

Description

As the list tool is not published to the tool registry, it ought not be included in the documentation, as it could confuse users into thinking that they can instruct agents to make use of this tool.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://opencode.ai/docs/tools/.
2. Observe that the list tool is documented.
3. In OpenCode, instruct an agent to list the contents on the current directory with the list tool.
4. Observe that the agent fails to find the list tool and either resorts to using other tools or fails to accomplish the task.
