[BUG] wrong Japanese translation for ToDo list

Description

The Japanese translation of "To-Dos" displayed in OpenCode for Windows is incorrect.

Current display: "1個中4個のToDoが完了"
This should display as "4個中1個のToDoが完了" . (replace 1 <-> 4)

• Run opencode windows on winddows + Japanese environment.
• Ask agent and you can see agent's todo item list in Japanese.
