Opencode either bugs out or spawns a ton of subagents

I'm working on a codebase and using Grok 4 Fast for planning and Grok Code Fast 1 for building. This happened a few times already and even though it does some work it's very suspicious. I assume there was probably 50-100 subagents in this session, if they even were subagents and not a rendering bug.

wow that's weird, can you run /details I think some of the tool details are being hidden which makes it look strange?

This a weird behavior i've found often in vscode when using Grok Code Fast 1 and the task is too complex/length. It's not an OpenCode issue itself.
