V2 TUI does not update the terminal title correctly

Problem

The terminal/window title is not being updated correctly by the OpenCode V2 TUI, so it can become stale instead of reflecting the current TUI context.

Expected behavior

The terminal title stays synchronized when the active session or relevant title context changes.

Completed by merged PR #35610, which synchronizes the V2 terminal title from the active session and covers loaded/live-renamed titles.
