desktop prompt input tooltips missing keybind on variant select and showing raw mod keys

Description

hovering the model variant selector in the desktop app shows no styled tooltip, and the add button tooltip shows literal "mod u" instead of the platform keybind.

Steps to reproduce

1. open the desktop app
2. hover the variant selector next to the model picker, no tooltip with keybind appears
3. hover the add button, tooltip shows "mod u" instead of the platform keys
