Model variants are not visible in TUI message footers

Description

The TUI footer identifies the model but loses the selected reasoning/effort variant. This makes turns using the same model with different variants indistinguishable.

For example, GPT-5.6 Terra with the medium variant is displayed the same as the default variant. The variant is persisted on the message and already shown in model-switch notices.
