opencode：1.18.15
What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0X64
What steps can reproduce the bug?

After completely shutting down the computer using hibernation and then restarting it, I found that the 'bun' process was using excessively high CPU usage, exceeding normal levels.
What is the expected behavior?

After the computer restarts from hibernation, the CPU usage of bun is approximately 5%.
What do you see instead?

After restarting the computer from hibernation, the CPU usage of bun is approximately 65%.
Additional information

This issue occurred in OpenCode version 1.18.15.
It works normally after completely closing the process and restarting it.
