When installing opencode-ai globally via npm (npm install -g opencode-ai), running the opencode command causes the TUI to crash immediately with the following error:
Orphan text error: "" must have a as a parent: box-XXX above text-node-XXX

Steps to reproduce
I tracked down the root cause. The global opencode-ai binary forces a dependency on plugin-gentleman@latest. Unfortunately, @latest relies on @opentui/solid which generates this rendering bug.
Even after running:
npm uninstall -g opencode-ai
npm cache clean --force
Deleting C:\Users<user>.cache\opencode manually
...the bug persists because opencode-ai always re-downloads the broken plugin-gentleman@latest.
The only successful workaround is using the OpenCode Desktop Installer.exe, which is pre-packaged and not affected by this @latest dynamic fetch.
Please update opencode-ai to pin plugin-gentleman to a specific stable version (e.g., 0.1.0 instead of @latest) to resolve this globally.
