[FEATURE]: Allow the click interaction with menu items to be disabled

Describe the enhancement you want to request

The only time I'm really clicking in opencode is to set the window to focus, which even then is not the most efficient way of doing things.

However, multiple times i have done this and clicked on a prompt from the model which then runs it before I wanted to. I Am not really expecting any button interactions in a TUI so this feels quite counter intuitive to me.

Obviously this can't be removed due to accessibility concerns but being able to disable it would be great.

I did search the docs but may have missed it. Apologies if so.
