Summary

  • remove the experimental plan mode flag and always enable plan mode in CLI tooling
  • simplify session prompt handling to use the plan-mode flow consistently

Testing

@thdxr one thing which might be missing is rereading the plan if you modified it by hand? While you are in the agent switch tool? I think most would assume if they get asked and change the plan manually and after saving say yes. That it will read the updated plan.
