Add Claude Code-style shell command hooks as a standalone external plugin. Users configure hooks in .opencode/hooks.json and the plugin is auto-loaded from .opencode/plugins/. Zero modifications to OpenCode core source. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
