Kore-dera theme for longer working session in TUI

What does this PR do?

This PR introduces Koke-dera theme inspired by Japanese Moss-Temples color palettes. It is ideal for longer working sessions in the TUI. I have verified that it is a unique color palette with different color system. I have attached the screenshots!

How did you verify your code works?

I ran this this in development and it seems to be working as expected!
