Pull request overview
This PR restores the previous visual layout for the “loaded file” rows in the TUI session “Read” tool, matching the pre-change indentation and glyph styling described in the PR.
Changes:
- Adjusted left padding to reintroduce the nested indentation for loaded-file rows under the Read tool.
- Switched the loaded-file marker glyph back to the prior arrow style for visual consistency with the older UI.
