Failed connection to the default server on startup now shows this page instead of using a native dialog, allowing the user to pick a different server to connect to.
setDefaultServerlogic now storesServerConnection.Keyvalues instead of just url strings, so that in future we can detect when an SSH or WSL session has been set as the default and spin them up as needed.
