What does this PR do?
This tweaks sidebar spacing (project header, container padding, workspace list/button wrappers) and updates the sidebar session list item to use the same spinner slot animation behavior as the session title, removing the leading dash icon and keeping the title slide smooth when a session starts/stops running.
