The previous implementation was hacky, and we should support having multiple workspaces "active" at a time. In worker mode this means we need to be able to spin up multiple event subscriptions at a time and that's what this PR does.
This also removes workspaces from the plugin API for now as the APIs will be different. We don't want multiple SDKs. This means plugins won't work when a workspace is loaded but workspaces are experimental right now. In the future users can get the workspace id from the sync state and just pass it to methods on the client
