What does this PR do?

Regenerates the Effect and Promise clients for the current API additions in this stack and exports the new endpoint groups from the public client surfaces. It also updates Promise client coverage for the generated contracts.

How did you verify your code works?

  • Ran the repository pre-push typecheck across all 33 configured tasks.
  • Ran focused typechecks for core, schema, protocol, server, and client.

Closing because generated client updates are now included incrementally in each API PR, so every layer passes generated-client CI independently.
