The PATCH
/configAPI endpoint has been updated to support both global and project-scoped configuration updates, with enhanced error handling, validation, and safety features.@rekram1-node - I included the CONFIG_API_UPDATES.md just to help with the review/testing process but I assume you will want to remove it before merging.
