The Atlas engine, consolidated. First npm release.

This release merges the public v4.x engine line and the private v5.x plugin line ("atlas-go", consolidated at f140490 via Imported-From: commit trailers) into one artifact: graded PRD validation, a dependency-ordered task graph, and evidence-gated execution — no task counts as done without command-verified proof (SHIP_CHECK_OK is structurally impossible to emit past a non-zero exit code).

Highlights

  • 32 MCP tools — pipeline state machine with atomic phase gates, fleet waves, atomic claim_task, backend abstraction (TaskMaster optional), context packs
  • 9 skills — /prd:go zero-config orchestrator through a 13-step CDD execute loop; plugin namespace renamed prd-taskmaster → prd
  • Unfakable ship gate — 5 deterministic gates incl. the hard exit-code scan over evidence files
  • Token economy — per-op-class model tiers, local cost telemetry, economy-report with est_saved_usd
  • Pack hygiene — npm tarball is 62 files, zero bytecode, zero local paths
