Forward Deployed 0.5.0

Adds an optional workspace that connects meeting sources, service design, requirements and delivery work, with executable Field Lab rehearsals.

The ChatGPT package includes an MCP App interface and hosted tools. Work is stateless by default, with optional GitHub sign-in for saved workspaces, portable ZIP exports and Git handoffs. The existing skills remain usable independently.

Use the ChatGPT/Codex or Cowork package for installation. The source archive includes the local server and Cloudflare adapter. ChatGPT directory submission is in progress.
