Installation & Setup

  1. Open VS Code

  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + P to open the Command Palette.

  3. Search for and select:
    Extensions: Install from VSIX...

  4. Choose the provided .vsix file.

Initialize a Project

After installation, you can open the FlowSync dashboard in either of the following ways:

  • Click the FlowSync icon in the status bar, or
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P and run:
    FlowSync: Open Dashboard

From the dashboard:

  1. Click Initialize Project.
  2. A project token will be generated.

Joining an Existing Project (Teammates)

  1. Clone the project repository.
  2. Open the repository in VS Code.
  3. Open the FlowSync Dashboard.
  4. Select Join Project.
  5. Paste the project token shared by the project creator.

You will now be connected to the same FlowSync project.
