What's New

Break Time Tracking (Screen Lock)

When the PC screen is locked, that time is now recorded as Break — a dedicated category separate from both Active and Idle time.

How it works:

  • Uses Windows session events — zero CPU overhead
  • Screen lock time is counted as Break; unlock resumes normal tracking
  • Break time is excluded from Active Time and does not affect the productivity score

Visible in:

  • Dashboard: new purple BREAK TIME TODAY KPI card
  • Dashboard: Break bar in the category chart
  • Reports: BREAK TIME column in the daily breakdown table
  • Reports: Break row with percentage in the Time Breakdown card
  • Exports: Break time included in CSV, Excel, and PDF reports
