This depends on the accepted proposals. It would be nice to see the below items covered.

Monday/Tuesday (conference)

• A session about Community (discussing contributor summit, how Working Groups work, issue/PR workflows)
• A session about module/plugin development (could got to Wednesday)
• A session about latest changes (v2.4+) and what's coming ?
• Open Q&A related to problems, ideas, improvements, etc.
• Topics that would be favorable to have as well: Networking, Windows, AWX ...

Wednesday (hack day)

Possibilities:

• Focused sprints
• Fixing issues/reviewing PRs from attendants
• Scratching itches (helping people implementing and potentially upstreaming things they need)
• Workshops related to development (how to use GitHub, ansibot, module development, ...)
• Lightbulb labs (a great idea for this occasion IMO)
• Ask the Experts sessions ? ...
