Enhance search bar by using PyMeilisearch

💡 Idea

@cbellot000 suggested to enhance the search bar of the documentation. Thus, let us implement PyMeilisearch in this project too, @Revathyvenugopal162.

It should be as simple as adding some minor configuration in the conf.py file and the required CI/CD job after deploying the documentation.
