Support numpy views in all Field types

Description of the bug

Since a Field is not the only type which accepts numpy arrays as input data, similar bugs might exist in other types. We simply must hunt those down and implement a similar fix in the data setter for those types.

TLDR: We can safely close this issue. All other pydpf-core types are safe from the bug.

I have investigated this issue and here is my assessment:

1. In fix: support NumPy array views to set data of Field #2630, we already fixed the data setter in _FieldBase class to ensure that an array which is a view is handled correctly.
2. Classes CustomTypeField, Field, PropertyField, and StringField all inherit from _FieldBase without overriding code relating to data. Meaning changes from fix: support NumPy array views to set data of Field #2630 automatically applies.
3. Although _LocalFieldBase inherits from _FieldBase and overrides data related code, things are handled properly:
   • data is actually stored internally as a list
   • And getting the data converts this list back to an array before returning the data
   • Hence why things are handled properly.
4. This also means that classes like _LocalField or _LocalPropertyField which inherit from one or more of the above classes are also safe.
