Update examples to optionally use the official execution scripts #233
Description
Current examples either use the execution_command or simplistic execution scripts which do not support multi-node MPI jobs.
We should update at least some of them to optionally use the official exec scripts available server side. We could start with:
- MAPDL Tire Performance
- MAPDL Linked Analyses
- LS-DYNA Job Submission
- One of the two Fluent examples
