Update tests for LS-DYNA example #263

Tests for the LS-DYNA example were added in this PR #240
However that example doesn't take url, user and password as input arguments. As a result, the test_lsdyna_cylinder_plate and test_lsdyna_cylinder_plate_with_exec_script fail when running against a remote deployment.
We should update the LS-DYNA example to allow reuse in those tests by passing url and credentials as parameters.
