Delete techdemos from PyMAPDL repository

Now that the techdemos have been migrated to https://github.com/pyansys/pymapdl-techdemos we should:

• Delete the techdemos from the PyMAPDL repository
• Link the PyMAPDL documentation to the PyMAPDL Techdemos docs: https://techdemos.mapdl.docs.pyansys.com/
• Of course, make the PyMAPDL Techdemos repo public so that the docs can be discovered.

Assigning task to @clatapie - if you need any help, please let me know - this should be an easy task in any case. Let's try to have it as soon as possible.

Hi @RobPasMue , @clatapie, @germa89 , this looks like a great idea. I had a pending PR to add a new tech demo example in the PyMAPDL repo, I guess now it belongs to the PyMAPDL Tech Demos repo, could you please let me know what steps I should take to move this over and get it approved? You can find the pymapdl-techdemos folder at the following link: https://github.com/pyansys/pymapdl-techdemos/tree/main/doc/source/technology_showcase_examples
You can create a PR on this new repository to add your new tech demo example. Then, the steps are the same as the ones in the PyMAPDL repository.

Thanks @clatapie . Tbh it would have been easier to validate this PR before moving the doc so I would not have to create a new PR and run checks all over again. Anyway it seems I'm not allowed to commit a branch to the new tech demo repo:

Hi @pmaroneh! Yeah, sorry about that. It's true, we should have probably done that before moving the techdemos. I did not realize that there was an ongoing Techdemo until you reached out to us... my bad. I hope that it doesn't take too much of your time.

I just added you as a contributor to PyMAPDL Techdemos with write permissions. You should have access now =)
