Upgrade doc-deploy-dev to latest pyansys/actions #59

🐞 Problem
For some unkown reasons, the documentation deployment job of the development version fails, see this action log.
It looks like the deployment job looks for the documentation-html artifact but does not find it. However, the artifact is generated with this name. What is more surprising is that, in the list of found artifacts, the documentation one appears as HTML-documentation.
We are using all the default workflows from pyansys/actions@v3, which are passing in the pyansys/actions repository.
