For those interested in creating text-to-speech for natural languages such as Hawaiian. I have been interested in this topic for a few months now and am just learning how to program in Festival. It also has natural speech recognition and should soon be able to convert natural Hawaiian to text, with proper diacritical marks, like kahakos and okinas!
