The desk in front of you says what it is doing.

Fixed

  • The desk you were looking at always said "idle", even while its agent was answering in front of you. It now says "working" while output arrives and "idle" once it stops. Typing doesn't count: the echo of your own keystrokes isn't the agent working. It still never turns green, since you can see it.

Install

Download Project-Coldfall.app.zip, unzip, and drag it to Applications. It isn't notarized, so macOS blocks the first launch. Either run

xattr -d com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Project Coldfall.app"

or try to open it once, then go to System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Or build from source, no Xcode needed:
