Green only for lines that are actually new.

Fixed

• Desks you had read could still turn green after sitting idle for a while. A notice appearing under the input box (Claude Code's "update installed", for one) pushed every row up by one, and a row-by-row comparison read that as a whole new screen. A desk now turns green only when a line appears that wasn't on its screen before, anywhere, with numbers ignored, so moved text and ticking timers don't count.

Install

Download Project-Coldfall.app.zip, unzip, and drag it to Applications. It isn't notarized, so macOS blocks the first launch. Either run

xattr -d com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Project Coldfall.app"

or try to open it once, then go to System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Or build from source, no Xcode needed:
