axt-verify v0.1.0

First tagged release of axt-verify, the command-line verifier for the
Anthropic Access Transparency log. See the README for what it checks and
what it cannot.

Install (requires Go 1.26 or newer):

go install github.com/anthropics/axt-verify/cmd/axt-verify@v0.1.0

Log key carried by this release:

Each release carries one key. When the key rotates, install the release
published on the switch date.

Third-party licenses: every module compiled into the binary is Apache-2.0
