Zoho Projects completely broken since last week

What happened?

In short, Zoho Projects connection is completely broken since the last week, since it fails to load any data from Zoho Projects, nor does it let me make any changes to Zoho Projects.

What did you expect to happen?

The Zoho Projects connector should let us access tasks and issues and make changes to them via Claude Code and other Claude clients.

Note: This was working till this past week. Few days ago it stopped working for me in Claude Cowork but it was working via Claude Code. And today even in Claude Code I am unable to get the Zoho Projects data.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect Zoho Projects from the Connectors section in Claude Code.
2. In Claude Code, ask the agent to get tasks from a Zoho Projects project.
   Claude will report trouble getting data from Zoho.

I'm unable to retrieve your Zoho tasks — and I want to be straight about why rather than guess at an answer.

The Zoho Projects MCP server shows an initialization message at session start, but none of its tools are actually exposed in this session. I searched the available tool registry several times (by "zoho", "tasks", "projects", "portal", "milestone", etc.) and the only MCP servers surfacing callable tools/auth flows are Google Drive and Vercel. There's no Zoho authenticate tool or any Zoho task/project tool available for me to call.

So the connection appears to have half-initialized but not surfaced its toolset (commonly an expired auth token or a server that connected but failed to register tools).

I have tried all suggestions from Claude to get this fixed and also removed and added the Claude connector several times as well - but none of it is helping.

• Client: Claude Code (VS Code extension), model Opus 4.8.
• Platform: macOS (Darwin 25.3.0)

Unfortunately, no @arjunagarwal14 ! I was hoping someone from Anthropic could help assess the root cause, especially since it was working just fine until very recently.

Thanks. Do you know if this is a Claude or Zoho Projects issue? Or potentially something else? Our Zoho CRM still seems to be connected with no issues.

No I do not. AFAIK Claude side is closed source. I am not sure if there is a way to at least check Zoho side ourselves to circle down on where the breakage is - do you know ? @arjunagarwal14

Confirmed that the issue is on the Zoho side and they are working on it. @arjunagarwal14

Yes I did receive an update and the good news is that the issue should is fixed now. I suggest you try a reconnect if you haven't already.
