[BUG] Send button becomes disabled after attaching GitHub repository

What's Wrong?

Description

When using claude.ai web interface, after attaching a GitHub repository through the "+" menu, the send button becomes disabled (grayed out) and I cannot send any messages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to claude.ai web interface
2. Click the "+" button to attach files
3. Select "GitHub" option from the menu
4. Select a repository/files from GitHub
5. Files appear to be attached successfully
6. Bug: Send button becomes grayed out and unclickable

Expected Behavior

After attaching GitHub files, the send button should remain active and allow me to send the message with the attached context.

Actual Behavior

The send button becomes disabled and there's no way to send the message.

Environment

• Platform: claude.ai (web interface)
• Browser: [Chrome/Firefox/Safari - inserisci il tuo]
• OS: [Windows/macOS/Linux - inserisci il tuo]
• Started occurring after: Recent merge operations on GitHub repositories

Additional Context

• The same GitHub integration works perfectly in Claude Code CLI
• This suggests the issue is with claude.ai web interface, not with GitHub permissions
• Console errors (if any): [Check browser console with F12 and paste errors here]

Workaround

Currently using Claude Code CLI as an alternative, which works correctly.

I can attach file on claude AI platform

1. I clich on the + button for attachments
2. I select github icon
3. I select a github project
4. I select on or more file and then click attach
5. the send button on Claude/Anthropic interface became disabled I can't send any message with github attachments

I have the same issue. When I connect a GitHub project, Claude keeps syncing forever and the Send button stays disabled.

+1 same issue, mine is 'syncing' all the time and doesnt finish. this also makes it so chats within the project cant be used, as the upload button is blocked due to syncing

I think it's different.. it doesn't seem it keep loading. It is leaded but button dtay disabled

It's fixed for me! Remove the existing GitHub repo and re-attach it again. Other users have reported that it's fixed also.
