[BUG] claude code fails to upgrade automatically when installed with pnpm

What's Wrong?

Everytime there is an upgrade to @anthropic-ai/claude-code I have an error showing that upgrade failed.
I spuspect it is because it is trying to upgrade using npm -g and I have it installed via pnpm -g

What Should Happen?

Automatic upgrade shouldn fail!

pnpm Upgrade - Already in Quick Wins Plugin

This is solved in the Quick Wins plugin I submitted today:
#12356

The Command: /upgrade-smart

Auto-detects your package manager (npm/pnpm/yarn) and runs correct upgrade:

> /upgrade-smart

Detected package manager: pnpm
Running: pnpm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code@latest
✅ Upgraded to version 2.0.53

Manual workaround until plugin is merged:

pnpm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code@latest
